JUSTITIA is run by a Board of Directors of Legal Practitioners, who are all principals of Member Firms, elected by the Members for rotational terms of three years.

The Board elects the Chairperson and appoints the Secretary, the Insurance Consultants and the Auditors.

The Board consists of eight members who are geographically spread throughout New Zealand. The current Board Members are listed in the Directory.

The Board meets on a regular basis and an Annual General Meeting is held to which all Members are invited to attend.
